Manufacturer Info
This high efficiency switch-mode step-down DC-DC converter converts an input voltage of 24 VDC nominal (range 20 VDC to 35 VDC) to a highly regulated output voltage of 12 VDC nominal (13.8 VDC) at 12 Amps. The SDC-15 DC-DC converter is non-isolated (no galvanic isolation between input and output) and meant for use in negative ground systems. Features include overvoltage/short-circuit protection temperature compensated current limit output-side overvoltage protection input-side overvoltage/ transient protection and input-side reverse polarity protection. The SDC-15 DC-DC converter is designed for heavy duty applications.

“Good price on items ordered and easy check-out.”

“I have a 2009 Magnum 4024AE inverter, it worked fine last year, when I turned it on, it did not have power, and the batteries and charge controller are good. I found that there are two circuit breaker buttons on the bottom of the inverter, I'm guessing that is the problem, as the well pump panel breaker was on and the pressure switch would call for power, maybe overloading the inverter to shut it down??? It's on a bridgeless island, I will go back out Tuesday to try the buttons. I still want the backup I am ordering from you, as the inverter is 16 years old, but do you think this circuit breaker is the answer? Thanks much, Monty Vogel, Standish, ME”

“I purchased the item and unfortunately there was a backorder. But I received a prompt email informing me of the situation and offered 2 solutions wait or receive a refund; as I was holiday , I chose the latter. I Was pleasantly surprised when I received a email a few days later informing it was on is way. Everything arrived well protected and prompt. I Will definitely be back.”
